Dan Pentecost
Dan Pentecost became a financial consultant in 1982, following a successful career
as a Navy fighter pilot and operational test pilot. He received his B. A. in Mathematics,
with an emphasis in Analysis, from San Diego State University and is a graduate of
the College for Financial Planning. Dan founded Pentecost Capital Management in 1997
after fifteen years as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch, where he was a
leader in the utilization of fee based accounts for the purpose of eliminating the
conflicts of interest inherent in commission-

● Pentecost Capital Management (PCM) is an independent registered investment advisory firm providing portfolio management services for a fee based on a percentage of the assets under management.
● Our objectives are the cultivation of long term relationships with our clients and an ongoing increase in the value of their investments.
● PCM utilizes proprietary, independent investment analysis while engaging in the direct management of our clients’ assets. We do not hand our clients off to third party managers. PCM services are provided in accordance with the individual needs of our clients.
● Financial planning consultations are included at no additional cost.
PCM Investment Style
● Our investment style is best described as “growth at a reasonable price.”
● We utilize our own proprietary quantitative selection process to identify stocks that we expect to outperform the S&P 500 Index.
● Market capitalization is not a criterion, but PCM equity portfolios typically consist of larger companies.
● Portfolios are constructed of stocks, exchange traded funds (ETFs), bonds and cash in accordance with market conditions, federal monetary and fiscal policy and client suitability.
